you fired them for an illegal reason, āweāre not giving a reasonā goes immediately out the window and you gotta actually start giving convincing arguments as to why the firing was legal

Iām baffled by how so many people- employers and employees both, tbh- seem to think that if your boss doesnāt give you a reason for the firing then because you canāt mind-read the answers out of them thereās no way to prove it
