The same argument people make for Die Hard as a Xmas movie should also apply to Iron Man 3. But I don't hear that rallying cry. Ergo, die hard is not a Christmas movie because the fundamentals of the argument cannot be applied evenly across similar films. Lethal Weapon, kiss kiss bang bang, etc
