While Blitz was a Queen of Hell, the other Queen was hellbent (hah) on taking down the Overworld.
Other Queen had captured a small platoon of Angels, intending to get information.
Blitz felt a weird pull, and broke one out of jail, which happened to be Amy.
Their relationship is still tense, hah

Blitz has a sister, Amy, that she didn't meet until long after her death.
Blitz was separated from her mom's at birth, whereas Amy wasn't. Amy knew she had a sister somewhere, but Blitz had no idea on any of em.
When they met, it was... Rough, to say the least ^ ^'
