Oh gosh.. I made that dumb mistake when I was younger.
I didn't fully grasp the process of learning and performing an art. I thought you had to do everything by memory or something similar. Cause if you didn't you'd be "copying" something and it was not "true" art.

I don't recall what exactly your full job is or overall career path. But when you have the available free time, do they have any resources for free courses or other knowledge platforms? Could always look into learning some new stuff. Or alternatively work on personal projects. Makes you look busy.

My motivation has been shot. But I have been really wanting to make some maps that are atmospheric horror experiences. No jump scares or loud noises. Just pure unsettling ambiance and spooky environments
