Elderly mother spent 5 days in the emergency hallway on a gurney last November. Allowed one visitor at a time, we still had to squeeze ourselves up against the wall should another gurney w/ patient wheel by. My sis said when she was there a gurney w/ a dead person had to squeeze through.
