Unless someone who qualifies somehow forgets to file paperwork or fills it out wrong. Then, oopsies, no health care! There’s your fraud and abuse all right.

Trumped-up charged for sure (pun intended).

Guilty until proven guilty!

Totally. I was listening while bike commuting and if anyone looked at me they would have wondered about the grin on my face.

There’s a big difference between wearing a mask to avoid getting/spreading a potentially fatal virus and wearing a mask to try to instill fascist fear into people. Not surprised a fascist doesn’t know the difference.

Young children whom they keep for periodic blood harvesting.

The only difference between Pharma and scammers is that Pharma has to do clinical trials to prove that their therapies work and scammers, well you get the idea. I'm sure his Antiguan stem cells will prove very therapeutic.

Especially those patients scarfing down medical care for which Medicaid pays so poorly that the government has to provide supplements to hospitals that take care of lots of Medicaid patients.

Don’t worry. Joni Ernst says it’s ok.

I’ll take that as a no.

Does the current president have knowledge of what he’s signing? Just asking questions.

No health care, no H5N1 vaccine, no covid vaccines. The MAGA death cult marches on.

At least she’s honest.

This was obviously a case of letting AI do your homework, and not bothering to actually read what you were handing in. I really think this is more revealing than letting AI do your homework and reading the assignment before submitting it, since it shows how the sausage was actually made.

This is just nuts. Moderna saved our bacon during covid and likely saved hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives just in this country (would have been more if not for the conspiracy theorists). MAGA is a death cult.

So medieval!

Interesting that he doesn’t like Zelenskyy’s words as if they were equivalent to ballistic missiles and drones.

My wife (from Dontetsk, schooled in Kyiv) is always nostalgic this time of year when the chestnuts and lilacs are blooming.

This is what I’ve been thinking all week as the media elites (no offense intended) obsess about someone who is retired from public service, and who served us pretty well over his career. Not going to be an issue in 2028 much less 2026 (or the rest of 2025 really).

Is there some kind of context here?

So why are you gutting nutrition programs again?

Mehmet, what’s in my best interest (and my family’s) is having access to effective vaccines so we don’t have to miss work/school because we’re miserably sick, and it could have been prevented.

Maybe we need work requirements for people wanting huge tax cuts. They won’t mind filling out a bunch of paperwork every few months, right?

Should have grabbed Greenland while it was still available.

Stage 9, that’s impressive! Everyone else maxes out at stage 4.

Whatever Putin wants Putin gets?!

Well he didn’t intentionally destroy the federal government and sabotage the world economy, so I’d say he was capable of doing the job. A low bar I know.

I guess criticism from the president = un-American.

It’s highly likely that Trump also has prostate cancer. Almost everyone his age has it if you look hard enough.
comment in response to post
PSA tests are a lousy way to screen for prostate cancer, especially in older men. You can get false positive results that lead to unnecessary additional procedures, costs and complications.

SV40 is a cancer virus, yes. But the SV40 large T antigen promoter (which is most commonly used to drive gene expression in vectors) is just a genetic element with sequences that increase expression of whatever gene it is you want expressed at high levels. By itself it does not cause cancer.
comment in response to post
At least they have a (white) dude in a wheelchair.
comment in response to post
What promoter would you choose to drive mRNA expression? Is there evidence that having gene expression driven by the SV40 promoter is bad somehow?
