That movie had *such* a good soundtrack. It vexes me to no end that you can't find it anywhere these days.

I saw a quote yesterday that summed things up quite well.
"I enjoy writing short fiction - usually in the form of to-do lists."

I follow you for both. Was following you back on Twitter, but got banned for pointing out the idiocy of conservatives.

Got to go to Italy once, and telling our tour guide about that italian tradition in Philly cracked us up.

I am extremely happy about that, but they always manage to make games closer than they should be.

Turn around and do the same to the Commanders.

Just read that story for the first time and greatly enjoyed it. Will keep an eye out for the book when it is released.

Now I'm going to have to go back and re-watch that movie.

I hope that came in electronic form!

Yikes. We are up to three vet visits already this year for our rabbit, so I feel your pain.

Can we still donate? I missed that you were in need and would be glad to help out!

Same! I definitely did a lot of gaming on there while we had it. It wasn't a bad machine at all for the time. After that we moved up to a 286 as our first PC in the house, and moved up from there over time.

Wow! That was the first one in my house as well. I remember my father wrote a program to use the voice synthesizer to quiz me on my spelling words for the week.

My wife just finished making a queen-sized wool duvet cover, and last night was our first night sleeping under it. So cozy!

The 48 hours after he was announced as the new mascot were *wild*. The marketing team for the Flyers now gives talks at conferences on how to handle going that viral - they apparently didn't sleep for like two days because of how things went.

I had this image pop up in my FB memories from 6 years ago, and it's as appropriate now as it was then.

Broke my streak intentionally today, and will not resume until the strike is over.

Good for most of the country, very bad for Trump and his investors.

I was not aware that existed. I grew up to the sounds of his movie scores, so will definitely enjoy it.

That is so bad, it's amazing. Well done! 😜

To be fair I have seen a fair bit of coverage of this this morning. Even CNN had a bit about it, although they fail to acknowledge the dementia aspect to it.

You absolutely should be pleased. My wife sews (among her many hobbies) and I've seen how difficult it can be to put clothes together. This already looks amazing (and I think the blue is actually a good choice - it contrasts really well).

Have to admit I've never even heard of that show.

Fair point - I missed that you were referring to the pilot in particular. That show was a staple growing up, although most of the episodes have faded into the mists of memory.

One of the interesting things I've read about that show is that Lansbury would specifically look to have older actors show up on her show so they could maintain their union membership and insurance coverage.

I still think of him as that character whenever I read the Tom Clancy books.

Wow - I had forgotten he was in that! It was a great spot for him.

I may have to look for this one. Her Miles Vorkosigan books are among my absolute favorite.

That seems like a very good group to make the movie. They have the ability to mock the film industry like few others can get away with these days.
