If you get the chance, absolutely see Grady Hendrix! The show was funny and smart. There were the requisite bad horror novels but there was also the history of witches. A lot about the history of witches. Which was most excellent. (1/2)

Shout out to Grady Hendrix for using Old English in Witchcraft for Wayward Girls! (I just sat down with my OE grammar and translated it.) Also this is an excellent book and everyone should read it. I fear that the subject matter (homes for pregnant teens in 1970) will become relevant again.

Dealing with a migraine today but the NatGeo channel's got my back There's a show on called Ancient Bodies. When I laid down to nap, we had the Werdinge bog bodies. Woke up a bit later and it was Otzi. Woke up again and another bog body! If I'm spending my day in bed, this had made it much better
