Happy International Women's Day to this classic banger

Went to an Eraserhead screening and they handed out complementary ciggies to smoke in honour of Lynch after the film. And they had a cat. What a place.

I'm not sure which of you need to hear this, but: If you push yourself to your limits and burn out for a company, you are trading years of your future productivity for minor gains in the present. Burning out will _fuck you up_, it's like brain fog or depression, and it takes years to recover

Henk Neiborg’s pixel art animations are the GOAT

SEPTEMBER 5TH!? 😭

RIP to the GOAT

Mogwai @ Brixton

Radical used to mean "cool" but now it means you spent too much time on the internet and went a bit nuts

I'm actually gobsmacked by how good Balatro is. Been avoiding it because I'd heard it was addictive and tbh I don't usually go for card games/deck building, but damn... best game I've played in a long, long time.

Saw Brian Jonestown 🤘

Back at Brixton Academy for the first time since it reopened. Feels good man 😌

Very sad news 😞

Saw Justice this week 🤘

Went to see Cure (1997) at the Prince Charles this week. Loved it. Later discovered it's from the same director of Sweet Home (1989) which was adapted by Capcom into a NES game that served as the primary influence for Resident Evil (1996). Everything interlinked.

Roses are red Violets are blue The Axyz demo is live You can wishlist too

"Boys, don't tell Mum but I've sold the car and we can't go on holiday until you can help to chip in, but I'm gonna be THIS 🤏 close to David Draiman!"

- Bomb Jack (ZX Spectrum) - Resident Evil (PSX) - Tekken X Street Fighter (?)

A few new cuties to improve my EmuDeck setup 🥰

ok i'm hooked on Party House 🥳🏠

how it started / how it's going

Berserk is just Fist of the North Star with swords lol

I've been taking a look at 3D Castlevania games on PS2. I didn't actually know they existed until quite recently: - Lament of Innocence (2003) - Curse of Darkness (2005)

Can't believe the amount of heat we used to get for downloading an mp3 when every tech company is downloading the sum total of human expression to sell a scromited version back to us

I've been playing You Will Die Here Tonight. Very cute homage to the original Resident Evil with a healthy dose of RE Gaiden (GBC) and a little pinch of Sweet Home (NES). Definitely worth a peep if you're a fan of the classic survival horror games and perfect for Steam Deck.

When I watched Evangelion for the first time last year it dawned on me how many similar themes and ideas crop-up in Final Fantasy VII. Now I'm watching Berserk and I can't help but notice little similarities between Griffith/Sephiroth and Guts/Cloud!
