Just took a mishmosh of the options here with some edits and then took them around to the non-scientists in my coworking space.
"Biology is bigger than binaries" made the most sense to people while meeting our catchy criteria.

You can also cut and paste your job description from your official government website, but don’t just limit yourself to five times. The email asks for “at least” 5 bullets

No matter how federal workers reply to the email, they should certainly do it using "Reply to All."
And might as well add every email address and list you can think of in the "To:" field. For government transparency purposes.
