Absolutely, yes. Magic is already a premium hobby without tacking on licensing fees from other IP. The prices our local store put up are under MSRP, btw. On every single item.
This is absolutely not how you price a product when people are hurting financially. Even luxury hobby items.

Game 2 of r7 was a shitload of fun to watch. I had to watch w/out sound while playing commander and had to guess your reasonings. Just a fantastic game. Sorry the event didn’t break right for you but man that round was sweet.

As a lowly NVIDIA employee, I agree today's been a bit harsh. I still think it's a good place to keep some money, however. The new 5080 and 5090 consumer cards release on Thursday and that should be good news for investors.

Been awhile since I thought of either of these cards. :)
I used Instill Energy on my Royal Assassin to kill two of my opponents creatures per turn.
I never could get Nether Shadow to work. It was always just too weak to do much.

You have to completely ignore him when he talks. He just runs his mouth with literally no thought behind it. He lies with nearly every word. He babbles with every other. He very rarely follows through on anything so just let paw-paw ramble on and don't waste energy trying to figure out wtf.

My scryfall regex search didn't omit MDFC cards so my "9/10" comment was totally off. Eerie Interference is still the shortest card name with 7 e's though :)

Obeka has been a lot of fun. Usually you have wait an entire turn cycle to take advantage of upkeep triggers but if you hit with Obeka, you get them immediately. Initiative, Monarch, etc are very very good.

This was one of my favorite cards when I first started in Revised/Legends (same as you, iirc). Schuler's art sparks lovely memories for me.
I remember being stunned it was reprinted in Ice Age. :)
