Also, it is "MOTORSPORTS BEGINS AGAIN*"-WEEK 😍 MotoGP and Indycar are back this weekend! *Sure, Formula E was already back, but they have a weird season.

Today's working day started with 2 very low-energy meetings. This is going to be a LONG WEEK (tm).

Our latest video is up, by the way... Last week I tried to tackle the plumbing problem we've got going on, and... while not resolved, I did get quite a long way, lots of answers to questions, and... it's all big learning journey! youtu.be/FrGxXCJBaEA

OMG, this is going to be another wonderful book. The Dogs of War series is one of those I love to recommend to others, especially in times like these... Bees getting their own story is really all I wished for (well, and world peace and things, but still...)! Excited for this one! #BookSky

They say a well-pruned olive tree means you can stand in the middle. So, I guess this is good. Also: "Je kan de boom in!"

If you haven't seen #TheWildRobot yet, please do. It is marvellous ❤️ Stellar cast too, with the wonderful Lupita Nyong'o 🤖, Kit Connor 🪿, Pedro Pascal 🦊, Catherine O'Hara, Matt Berry 🦫, Bill Nighy 🪿 and Mark Hammill 🐻

Just a Lidl Imperial Stout. #BeerSky

Happy weekend y'all! 🍻 Duvel Tripel Hop ❤️ #BeerSky

Of course we're now also looking into buying a new van and creating a removable conversion kit so that we can also use it as our load and drive vehicle (and so that we won't have to go through the trouble of trying to get it changed on license which is another bureaucratic hell here in PT. 😂

Portuguese admin is THE WORST. A day later, and I've managed to do ONE THING. ONE MINOR THING. All the other stuff... still not clear who to go to. Everyone is pointing at each other. AIMA <-> Camara Municipal *screams in despair* But, I got balls rolling, again, and have managed to do 1 thing!

Plucking up the courage to travel to the camara municipal to try and update some admin.... God, I hate 'national' admin...! Like, with a passion.. But, after I hit 'Post' here I'm just going to go out and do it. Really. Or at least try and get it done. Last time we tried 'the system' was down.

Sometimes I really just want to quit everything and... Everything is too much and too little at the same time. Too much responsibility, too little time to really LIVE this short life we have. Was I destined to build friggin' SharePoint sites and tell people to think about the people behind things?!

Rediscovering how wonderful it is to sing out loud with literally no chance of anyone hearing me while my husband is away for the day....

Truth. Same goes for endless powerpoints, reports and other mostly useless crap that goes on in businesses. People, processes, real-world action, real-world effects. It is so easy for leaders (and academics) to hide behind big words to postpone taking or encouraging necessary action.
