Indeed, his patience and demeanor are beyond impressive at this point.

I mean, I'm all for Doohan going full-time presenter/analyst/commenting as he is GREAT at that and I love seeing him on F1TV...
But not at the cost of him being treated like this in his first proper shot at an F1 seat and career.

Well, SkyF1 broadcasts it, so there's already some collab with F1-focused channels to bring it more internationally.
And I know it's on SportTV, but it's not worth the extra costs. I just wondered if they might ever collab like they do with skyF1 :)

Technically Indy is also on the Sky Dedicated F1 channel 😀
Something in me hopes for further collaboration within F1TV to get it to international audiences.
Now TV would still bring us Sky, but not BT Sports for MotoGP e.g., and we'd end up paying more :D Better to then go with MEO sports package.

Is there any chance it might ever get to F1TV as well?
I really want to watch live where I can, but now I have to rely on dwnlds the day after... We had Sky in the UK, but am in Portugal now and with access to F1TV &Videopass (MotoGP) I won't invest in a big TV network package for just Indy.

Oooh, rode bessen!

I believe there are some in the UK, although the selection here in Portugal seems better. There's a session IPA, Weizener, Imperial IPA, German Red and Imperial Stout on regular, and sometimes a Summer Ale too.

It's a lovely brew for €0,99 a 500ml can! I wouldn't call it craft, but it's got enough body and taste to be truly enjoyable!

And just typing this out feels like #fiestworldproblems, but I want everyone else to be free to do what they are good at, love, want to do. Whether that is some kind of work or just reading and hiking all day. Bring on UBI...

Same in many ways, although we need some extra pension/savings things.
We're now completely debt/mortgage free and we have land to grow our own stuff on (including hops!) but will have to work for at least another 10 years both, and while that seems privileged and it is, it also feels an eternity.

Fuck that. I am so done with the good vibes success crowd who are privileged enough to be able to avoid it. I mean, I'm already quite privileged but can't escape the 5-day workweek... Weekends are too short and never enough... Let's not even mention holidays being too little....

Surely there are better ways to spend our days. I'm really going to make an effort to fight these next few years to hopefully be able to just get off that bus. I'm not even 40 and tired of it all. We would have so much potential if given the time and space.

I'm sorry 😞
Like, it's not that I am giving up, or that I'm big time suffering; I'm in fact quite privileged in SO MANY WAYS, and yet so powerless still to escape the hamster wheel of neoliberalism/capitalism... It's impossible in this world to feel GOOD I feel sometimes.
