I mean, some believe it’s not a natural satellite because of its size relative to Earth. Every other moon in the solar system is minuscule compared to the planet it orbits. But the Moon is exactly the right size & distance from Earth for eclipses. So some believe it’s a starship monitoring Earth. 🌙

I could have eliminated the potatoes and subbed pasta or rice. But I wanted the rainbow. I meant to include Kalamata olives but I forgot to add them. I drizzled with reserved marinade once I plated it. YUM!!! Def the be of my better creations. Healing my chakras (and the rest of me) with food!!
