Usually it's given as oral switch so around 4-5 weeks at most

Haven't used BD rifampicin at all And I prefer linezolid monotherapy (no dicloxacillin here)

There will always be people who just aren't comfortable giving short (but adequate) courses of antibiotics and somehow need biomarkers to guide them. Hopefully it will help in these cases.

Have seen other cases of BCGosis but not prostate abscess Will treat with isoniazid/rifampicin/ethambutol as M.bovis is intrinsically resistant to pyrazinamide
