I learned 30 years ago (as a law clerk in D.Md.) Judge Luttig is a towering intellect. I know that he is trying to “speak into existence” the triumph of the judiciary over Trump. I know he’s right on the law. The only thing I know *for certain* about the future is that it hasn’t happened yet.
