Believe there are parts in placer as well. It’s a very large congressional district. For Folsom proper, feels very purple, just about 50-50.

I was at this event. Friendly amendment: Folsom is in Sacramento county, a heavily democratic county. Though Folsom is for some reason included in a republican congressional district.
