Marvelous: Mohitotsu no Takarajima (1996) was an action adventure by Nintendo for the Super Famicom in Japan. Long ago, the notorious Captain Maverick hid a "Marvelous" treasure. Today, three youths from a summer camp set up on the island will discover the legend! (a pirate and monkeys thread)

In 1991, Synergistic Software released the action RPG, Conan the Cimmerian, based on Robert E. Howard's titular character. The manual also featured art by Ernesto Chan, a talented artist whose body of work for Marvel included comic book runs featuring the mighty barbarian.
