He doesn’t do much for any charitable cause. How can you be the richest guy in he world and not actually want to do some good with all that cash? He’s as selfish and emotionally bankrupt as Trump is.

Yes. He’s a walking shell of a human being. He has no soul whatsoever.

He only ever punches down. I will never understand why millions voted for this self-serving, amoral turd.

Ouch! Virtually gave away a 1969 Silverface Twin because it let me down once on a gig! Better not start a conversation about all the crap we paid too much for too… so much pain! 😂

Yep, most of us have been there! I once sold a mint vintage Fender Rhodes 88 for £150.. it came off the QEII and was full of confetti inside when I got it 🥲

My first, when I was learning back in the 70s, was a EHX Small Stone (which I still love and has prob done a thousand gigs) and a Shin-ei fuzz which was pinched but are worth a lot these days. I regret stupidly selling my vintage Gretsches more than anything though - the hurt is real!

It’s hard not to feel that decency has left politics forever.

Not necessarily - rollercoasters do go up as well as down. It’ll be more like a giant slalom.

I agree. Against all advice I once made a broth with the help of several people and surprisingly it turned out ok.

He still sounds great! Had his Christmas album on yesterday 🎅🎄 If you’ve never seen it, Aretha singing for Carole King at the KC Honors is really special… youtu.be/MfEb9Sb6Ge8?...

And Musk is amongst the least charitable of the mega rich. What sort of evil, screwed up, soulless person can have that much money and not have a serious humanitarian programme? Bill Gates has donated over $70billion, is trying to wipe out polio and yet he is viewed as the villain.

There’s a proctologist called Anil Mistry.

America has committed its greatest act of self harm ever. How can this pathetic, fragile excuse for a man be leader of the free world?

How long before Trump’s equivalent of the Hitler Youth is announced?

I was born and raised in London, but Preston is my ancestral homeland… love it!

Labour need to wake up and up their social media game massively. Reform are dominating the online space with their populist Trumpian crap.

This will be the most inept, unqualified administration in history. Complete insanity.

America defied that threat last century, whilst Germany succumbed to it. It’s happening again and I fear the tipping point is closer now than it has been in my lifetime. I’m not convinced mankind ever really learns.

You know you’re in trouble when there are more food banks than real banks in your town.

Part of the reason mankind repeats the same mistakes is that our lifespan is too short. By the time we gain knowledge and wisdom, it’s time to shuffle off. New generations continue to stick their fingers in the plug socket and end up finding out the hard way.

Yep, Trump is just as unpopular here in the UK - unfortunately we won’t be isolated from his idiocy. You don’t have to look closely to see he’s one of the most repugnant people on the planet, I don’t understand how he’s hoodwinked half of America. God help you (and us!)
comment in response to post
Indeed! I’m British and I don’t understand how half of America seems to worship this idiot (and the rest of the idiots!). He reminds me of Lord HawHaw, who used to broadcast German propaganda to the UK during WW2.

I am now thinking about this thinking spot.

And it still hurts

There has been a massive failure by the press to hold Trump to account and challenge him on ridiculous statements like this. Nothing he says stands up to scrutiny, that’s why he avoids serious interviews and will use his power now to further destroy mainstream news.

I could get behind him if he refuses all fluids.
