Curious to hear from #adhd ppl how your parents put you to sleep, whether you have sleep issues or not. Did your parents do like a “cry it out/ lay in bed in the dark till you fall asleep” thing or help you to sleep? Do you have sleep issues now? What happened as a result of how you were put to bed?
