The main thing we’re trying to do through Open Path Education is eliminate shame. When doing deep dives into research to create classes, we sometimes have to take breaks to detox from what we are seeing. So much research bias, shame, and what looks like resentment toward Autistic people. Oof.

One concern is that the buyout might not be authorized, so they might agree to it, find themselves out of a job, and then not get the payment. This aligns with Trump’s tendency to not pay contractors or other fees.
