Unemployment insurance for Trump-DOGE purge? Handled by a federal program, Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees (UCFE), overseen by Dept of Labor, administered by 50 states. UCFE and the states will be overwhelmed, more so if UCFE itself and the Labor Dept are gutted. Expect chaos.
