You're right, RISC-V wouldn't help with CUDA emulation but for being hardware alternative - I'm hoping it can catch on the way OSS has. I thought there was a RISC-V-based NPU working group; nonetheless some {X}PU that'll be able to compete and surpass NVidia's dominance. #OS #FTW #RISCV

It's a bit nuts to read something like this today where competition is expected and going out of their way to maliciously hinder the well-being of the other player. They should be banned and not just suspended.

IBM ☁️ has gotten a bit better with time, no? Granted, they had to reshuffle things a bit. I still believe Power and LinuxOne machines haven't been tapped to their full potential.
