Impacted us up on the coast getting to school - we live a bit off the turn off so the road to school became part of the diversion - what usually takes 7 mins took over 45. A few teachers who live up north were didn’t get to school until recess

17 year old about to do this in NSW. Have heard the expectations re volunteering, leadership etc and with his HsC schedule, work, getting up Learner hours and just having a life there’s very little time to fit everything in without burning him out.

This was my Dad’s fear when I started cross fit and lifting and then said it again when my daughter started basic lifting. Strong over skinny any day. About to head into my 50’s & like you plan to keep lifting for as long as possible
