Make comics. Actually make them and FINISH them and MOVE ON and make another one and another. Start small. Make a one panel comic. Make a one page comic. Make a two or three page comic. Make a five page comic. Now you've really learned something! Keep going.

I'm at a talk on traumatic brain injury and justice system involvement, and I think when looking at this specific disability, we need better training for direct service providers as they are much more likely to end up in jail. A lot of case managers are woefully underequipped to work with TBI.

So tired of seeing exciting auditions then "(Town) LOCAL ONLY MUST BE ABLE TO RECORD IN STUDIO". I'll never stop advocating for remote recording. I desperately need the rest of the industry to catch up. We made progress and then BOOM three steps back. Sometimes it feels like a losing game.
