Yep, that character from Fate(the one from the original meme) it's apparently Nero Claudius(idk if is correctly, i don't play Fate), that is also voiced by Tange Sakura, who as you thought, also voices Sirin.

The only "problem" this comic nowdays It's that because miHoYo released HoFi Kiana in 2023, they made it a little "inaccurate".
