Just one thing though, it'd be cool so see some kind of particle-ish animation around it, just like the breeze. That way it'd fit even better! Also, did you intentionally make the brine have the same kind of face as the breeze but not the blaze?

Probably the most important thing to do is talk to other people that have experience with the specific art styles you're trying to copy. I personally had a lot of help with discord servers centered around Minecraft mods, because that was the style I try to convey. Find people that can help you!

Yeah. The best thing is probably just to practice in environments that actually prevent you from using mixels, like 2d pixel art programs, but either way, I think you're going into the right direction! 👍
