Personally, I would suggest either IV or the spinoff version, IV Apocalypse. They're good for beginners as they start off fairly slow in terms of introducing mechanics to you. Alternatively, Nocturne has fewer mechanics to get a grip of, but can be fairly brutal if you aren't prepared.

I've got a couple:
