Totally get it! Especially when you’ve already put the money down, no updates is always a little nerve-wracking. I think a month with absolutely no messages is the max amount to wait, but if it’s really getting concerning, I think waiting contacting them at about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks is reasonable.

If there wasn’t any mention of rough time estimates, and they haven’t given any updates on their profiles, I’ve waited about a month before reaching out and asking for an update. Life is hectic and you never know what someone’s dealing with behind the scenes, but communication is also key
