With all due respect to armed security guards (they are extremely important and valuable to securing buildings) I don't see them having ANY AUTHORITY to impede a member of congress. They don't even have arrest authority.

The new government funding bill does NOT include: -Reimbursements for victims of food stamp theft -Restrictions on prescription drug price-gouging by middlemen -Protections against hidden fees in ticketing and hotels All thanks to the richest man in the world.

Do you know how much CEO pay has skyrocketed since 1978? 100%? 500%? Try 1,085% Meanwhile, the $7.25/hr fed. minimum wage hasn't budged in 15 years and the tipped min. wage has been $2.13/hr since 1991. This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

I think the wrong questions r being asked about the proposed tariffs. The real question Is how little will he accept from Mexico , Canada and China in order to be able to say the threat of tariffs worked ?
