Weirdness Since mid-November, residents in several NJ counties have reported seeing clusters of drones. Additional drone sightings have been reported in parts of PA & Staten Island as recently as last week. Drones flying in NJ reportedly prevented a medical copter from retrieving a patient.

Reasonable thought experiment, so lets address it. The idea there is a ton of fat in existing federal programs that can be easily redistributed is wrong. Most of our biggest programs are already redistributive (or mandatory interest payments, or defense).
