Sometimes I wonder if the problem here is less students like Wendy and more the increasing expectation (at least in the US) that everyone goes to college.
Maybe people who don’t value education shouldn’t feel obligated to spend $60k a year and 4 years on a degree they don’t feel like working for.

As a Gen Z law student, this is utterly ridiculous. AI essays are easily identified, mediocre, and insufficiently tailored to any given task.
Even if AI didn’t impede learning, which it certainly does, it’s not very good unless the assignment is extremely simple.

My personal favorite is when someone posts a picture of their cat and someone replies saying “Trump hates your cat. He’d kill your cat.”

I’ve noticed a very defeatist attitude in the press. It’s odd. Even left-leaning publications seem desperate to overstate Trump’s power and successes. He’s got more of both than I’d like, but him winning on every issue is by no means inevitable.
