My only disappointment comes from the absence of pictures of warships in swimwear. I was expecting to see images of HMS Nelson, etc in budgie smugglers.........

I agree that the assaults are ideological, but I think that much of that ideology is based on greed. Many Ministers have received huge donations from private healthcare. It seems to me that whatever political principles they possess are very malleable when there's lots of dosh on the table.

I was at Royal Holloway in the mid-80s, and as someone who grew up in an area of the North East where herons were rare to non-existent, the first time I ever saw one in the wild was in a pond at the south end of the Founder's Building near the Jane Holloway Hall.

But that's the entire point - give as much taxpayers' money as possible to big businesses. Then, when they are out of office, they will be rewarded with well-paid Directorships and Consultancies, etc.

People spouting this bollocks about AI and an era of abundance are the people impovershing workers, robbing creatives and destroying the middle class, while refusing to pay taxes needed for vital infrastructure.
