We need more public funding for new housing.
If we want housing for people making less than 50% AMI, we need much more federal and state funding.
Also a state bank could help with this too.

I really thought the @theneedling.com has the same journalistic standards and integrity as the New York Times. Is it not the truth teller of our region? Does it not hold power to account? Does it not provide earnestly inauthentic analysis of local news and culture?😃
