There is hope ! After dealing with 2 organisations who are clearly struggling with involvement I had a lovely meeting this morning with a new org who just got it ! All of it, including access issues, no fuss, no explanation necessary, all just sorted, just like that...

Involvement payments ! Some pay within a couple of weeks with helpful breakdowns of what payment is for. Others I’m still waiting for 4 months on ?! Why? If some can manage it why can’t others?
