AI, or more accurately machine learning, can be useful in specific instances (largely parsing large data sets or similar tedious work) with a userbase that knows intimately what they're doing and how to tweak results and recognize bad output in the machine learning. Generative AI is trash.

I went to two schools in my hometown named after the loss of life that was the Challenger explosion. It was a NASA town and we took a rocket exploding extremely seriously. It altered the entire culture. Apartheid Emerald is out here blowing up multiple rockets like it's a fire sale. Disgusting.
