When we have a Supreme Court that establishes that even former presidents cannot be held for their criminal actions, and when we have a Congress that refuses to use the remedy provided by that court, we have a tyrant, not a president, and this is what tyrants do.

1/2 As @allanfriedman.bsky.social knows full well, that 86% number is pretty meaningless. Black Duck can only tell if the vulnerability MIGHT be in the base, and then it can't tell if the vulnerability is exercised. That is one of the reasons we have formats like VEX and Omnibore.
