In Massachusetts the insurance companies are required to update their panels every quarter. Even with that, the scarcity of mental health providers makes getting care incredibly difficult. It will likely only get worse unfortunately. This country does not care about the well-being of its people.

Super popular series along with warrior cats. We had trouble with acting out all the killing and had to limit the pacing...they are older now so that isn't as much of an issue but for 1st graders it definitely was.
