My guess is that when #Sounders plays with 3 in the back, he'll likely be the odd man out of the line up. He can certainly rotate there depending on who is available or what Brian's approach is going into specific games.

Hammarby scores the 2-2 equalizer in the 88th minute when #Sounders attempted to press the Swedish team in their own third. Seattle struggled to correct and stay in shape once Hammarby got through their press and once again with a cross to the far post they are able to score. Game ends 2-2

Reed Baker-Whiting suffered a right hamstring injury during the #Sounders seconds pre-season game in Marbella, Spain. Brian Schmetzer didn't say what the severity of that injury was, but it sounds like it was serious. "The kid heard it pop," is part of what Brian said.

My understanding is that the Sounders will NOT be one of the 16 MLS teams competing in the U.S. Open Cup this year. The Tacoma Defiance will play in their stead. It will be the first time since 2015 that the Sounders’ affiliate will participate in the tournament.

Update: After issues with Kim's Ulsan contract were resolved by his camp before the 2 day window, #Sounders gave & his deal was completed as @jeremiah.sounderatheart.com reported. Kim Kee-hee will work on medical exams and getting P1 Visa. At this time, Kim is not likely to join the team in Spain.

My early vibes on Yeimar Gómez Andrade playing on Saturday vs #LAGalaxy are not good. Sounds like the center back's injurycould be an adductor strain. Even if it was a low-grade injury, a 6 day turnaround after allowing the swelling to go down seems far too short to recover enough to play.
