@jessegranger.bsky.social Four Nations left me wondering. Like my man Saros didn't quite show his best. You think Vegas might target a goalie for this or next season?

@jkamckenzie.bsky.social At times I have questions. This time I just want congratulate Canada! May my Finns beat you in Italy next year.

@marklazerus.bsky.social As a sidenote, if you wish to talk of the viewership of the tournament on Monday, the Finland vs USA game had 1.568 million viewers. In Finland, that is. Quite a success.

END 2: 🇨🇦 2-2 🇺🇸 After two periods of work, the score is even at two. Shots are once again even, 19-19 after being 10-10 after one. 17 minute break, and then we are off to the defining third period of this championship final. #hockey #jääkiekko #NHL #4Nations #CANvsUSA

Some good news I had missed. www.worldwildlife.org/stories/in-g...

@seangentille.bsky.social @downgoesbrown.bsky.social On Wednesday you spoke of the Four Nations viewer numbers. Finland vs USA had 1.568 million viewers in Finland population 5.6 million.

Getting really annoyed by people calling the Four Nations Faceoff a 'made up' tournament. Could someone refer me to one of the naturally occurring tournaments?

@downgoesbrown.bsky.social A Finn here. I lean 60/40 towards rather beating Sweden than winning gold.

@marklazerus.bsky.social As the Monday show takes place, a shout out to Granlund. He has reinvigorated his career now. There literally is a stamp about him here. He shot, he scored. If you folks have any spare time, I'd love to hear your thoughts on a national hero of ours.

:)

If Finland had Heiskanen on the roster, I'd be more comfortable with this slim lead. But we don't. As such we need to score 5-6 more just to be sure. Let's go!

@marklazerus.bsky.social Predictions? My 7-1 Finland win is still possible.

@downgoesbrown.bsky.social I finished your (audio) book about the history of the NHL for the second time. Fantastic work. Looking forward to your recap of the second century.
