Half of what I say is sarcasm, but I'm unsure which half is. The depth of darkness in my soul is matched only by my appreciation for the pinpricks of light.

I hope there are some nice re-education camps. I miss going to camp as a kid.

It’s only bad for you if you can’t quit. If you manage to quit it’s a sign that everything is under control and safe for you to come back.

petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2015/03/31/t... I think this might have been the guy, and I mixed up some of the details. Forgive me because it was a decade ago.

My point was that weird behavior can happen when you start smashing the human brain. If someone can become unabashedly attracted to children, I'm sure they can become politically extreme, seeing as being a fascist, liking a dictator, and hating others isn't rare in human societies.

Thousands of government workers “accidentally” spilled coffee on their laptops this week.

If it keeps Mitch past his bedtime, he might have trouble with the stairs.

They can. I read a journal article about an upstanding guy who suddenly became sexually attracted to children and open about it. It was so out of character that he had a brain scan done. He had a massive tumor putting pressure on his brain. Once removed, the odd behavior was reversed.

The point isn't to silence the man. It's to make sure everyone knows he was silenced. I hope Russians rise up and give Putin a going-away party fit for Gaddafi.

It's hard to argue with that, but I don't like replacing the Teflon pans every few years and eating half of them, no matter how gentle I am.

Carbon steel and cast iron for me. I don't want the PFAS in my food. More butter equals better.

The city of Austin should update its building code to require steps as the only form of access to any government building.

I served my country in a war. My country didn’t deserve it and I regret making sacrifices for a country that would elect Trump twice. If it ever came to it again I will defend my family but I’m done fighting for a country that doesn’t deserve it.

PI gets quoted by major news outlets all the time. Russia and others love to stir the pot in any way they can. Both of those idiots were at home in the Putin death market. I wouldn't be surprised if that market pissed someone off in Russia and they assigned a few trolls.

“We” do not get to invoke the 25th Amendment; Trump’s people do, and they were chosen because they won't.

I haven't returned to my favorite city, SF, in over twenty years. I loved to visit as a kid, but it was going to hell then. I don't want to see it in its current state. I got my parents and brother out of the state.

It's 2025. The rule of law lost the election. It needs to stop pretending it's still relevant.

I can't believe a real person living in the US would only quote Russian propaganda news sites, and everything he talks about, even non-Russian-related stuff, is taking whatever the Russian position of the day is. It's too consistent, IMO. I grew up in the North Bay Area BTW.
comment in response to post
They each have a different schtick, but the fact that they always quote Russian propaganda and have never once had an opinion Putin would oppose confirms that they are just paid Russian trolls. They were very active in the Putin death market.

Those shows are always better at presenting questions than answering them.

That guy and Brudha are likely the same person or might at well be. They are both Russian trolls. Every single opinion they have is whatever Putin wants. They are not real people.

I don’t think we have state-sponsored media. We have a media-sponsored state with a fair share of reach around.

From what little I have read about his dad, I can say that he sounds like a POS. Also, white South Africans of his age have a lot of baggage. It’s no surprise Elon is the monster he is.

Mexican food is my favorite. When I got celiac disease, it became even more of a staple, although I really miss burritos. I enjoy almost every kind of food, but I hate sugar on anything salty or umami. I think sweet potatoes are the devil's work. My wife thinks I'm nuts.
