My son has an egg allergy and before that we were vegan so I haven’t cooked with eggs since 2019. Now that everyone else is involuntarily egg free you should know that Bob’s Red Mill egg replacer is excellent for baked goods requiring a whole egg.

Maybe I’m being too soft on Kanal but I think the implicit issue underlying his reasoning is that you can make transit trips faster but there is an upper limit on bike trips for most people. If we prioritize transit we can improve commuting times for a greater number of Portlanders.

I know there is a lot wrong here but I have nursed two children since 2021 and have never seen the term “breastfeeding” policed in any way under any circumstance and I live in PDX! I have seen people and institutions use “chestfeeding” but usage =/= requiring.
