I’m not from Cincy, but I lived there as an adult. I was never fully inducted into the cinnamon bun chili cult. And I know this is just trolling. But a) when hyper-local things go widespread, it beigeifies the world and b) Cincy ain’t got much else, let them have this. 😉

Forget horror movies. The real terror is when your mom has only been sleeping all night for a couple of weeks, and so you can finally sleep, but then the battery alert in 3 smoke detectors goes off at 3am and your husband has to try to replace them before they wake her up.

It’s fascinating to me that my mom is always sleepier/calmer on weekends. I used to think that it was bc I was home, and she felt more relaxed/safe, but I was home most of last week and she was bonkers Monday and Tuesday, then started to calm on Weds. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #hospice #vasculardementia
