Hello from 2:49am. I have to get up for work in 3.5 hours. I've taken melatonin for 3 consecutive nights now, but so far it just seems to make me alert and clear-headed rather than helping me to reset my natural delayed sleep cycle to something more normal. I'd like it to start working now please.
