Largely hardware/situation dependent, like others have said. I used to mainly draw on a Cintique sitting at my PC with Photoshop and/or SAI, but now I have an iPad and use Procreate. Occasionally I'll use Autodesk Sketchbook on my phone as well (good for Android stylus havers)
