Today, June 7, 2025, is the 60th anniversary of Griswold v. Connecticut, the 1965 Supreme Court decision granting married couples the right to birth control. (It wasn’t until 1972 that single women would be granted that right.) Defendants argued it should be up to the states. Sounds familiar.
