I was gonna spend the day writing descriptions for the absurdly large dungeon I'm putting my level 2 characters through. I did art instead.

Spent the day working on the illustrations for my D&D lore document. The illustrations that are the entire reason the document exists, the fact that it's in toki pona is just me being extra. Doodled these at work, so this is all hand drawn and hasn't been vectorized yet. I have 14 pages of these.

TWENTYSEVEN pages later, I have finished drawing every line in sitelen sitelen. I skipped a few less necessary lines, otherwise this would have been longer. Now for the computer cleanup and the comparatively easy job of making them look like they're engraved in golden plates.

A picture showing my process of drawing sitelen sitelen. I'm a poor artist, so working on a grid is necessary. Once I have everything drawn out, I'll clean it up on the computer. I do my drawing on a Supernote, which makes importing into the computer nice and easy. ... only 40ish more lines to go...

Okay, turns out as I've been slowly working through the document in the previous weeks, I already made it to almost the end. I've got the entire thing done now. I'm sure I've made some very questionable grammar choices in here, but here we go.

Yesterday was art for my rapidly upcoming D&D campaign. Today I'm gonna finish translating a lore document into toki pona so I can write it in sitelen sitelen so I can show players a cool document describing shadows tearing people into pieces and wearing them like hats. There will be illustrations.

Yesterday, I had a few slices of my banana strawberry loaf for breakfast. And a few more for lunch. And then used some of my fresh broccoli for dinner. So tasty. Today, I figure I should use that kale. Both the internet and confidential sources suggest I saute the stuff in garlic. So we'll try that.

In retrospect, eating a pound of fresh-picked strawberries for dinner is not the wisest choice. A delicious choice. But not a wise one.

For a work event, we went to a strawberry farm to pick strawberries. As part of the tour, we also got to pick a mystery vegetable and visit their barn to pet animals. 10/10, excellent event itinerary.

So in my D&D group, we're coming up to the end of our campaign and we held a vote for what we're gonna run next, and who is going to DM it. I tossed in an old campaign that I ran in 4e and started to convert to 5e years ago before I ran out of steam. Unexpectedly, I won the vote.

I need to stop shopping while I'm hungry. Today, as I went through various shops, I successfully avoided purchasing: a family sized bag of tortilla chips a pull apart garlic bread box set an entire (small) cake a flat of personal-sized pringle cans chocolate
