I successfully advocated that my company put effort into stocking ethnically diverse hygiene products at our community drop-in centers. Are dropping centers serve mostly non-white individuals and the hygiene packs we currently have are not made with our clients culturally identities in mind.

My husband is an ops manager at a mattress recycling plant & it's 8:00 p.m. & he's still not home. One of his drivers backed over a leaf bag, and the assistant pulled a 🔫, shot the homeowner, & forced the driver to ditch the 🔫. Why city planning needs diverse perspectives. Touring possible commuter cycling routes. What I saw - Smooth pavement. Separate from traffic. Shade. Not too busy. Perfect. What my female partner saw - Blind corners. No lighting. No escape routes. Too few users. Wouldn’t use this route.
