1) adjusting my Domain Rankings to my liking

I feel this too especially when it gets closer to the holidays / end-of-year.
some guided meditation to just nullify immediate tasks helps. quick 2-7 min. it helps me build the courage to tell myself and others that this *has* to get done later somehow, otherwise it'll just get done poorly
