He fell down or bumped into a wall while high out of his mind. I've not done Ketamine in any amounts worth mentioning, but I used to to Dextromethorphan, which has similar effects, and it kind of puts your depth perception out of order (your sense of balance, too).

Somewhere in the settings there is an option to enforce that by not letting you post images without ALT text. It's annoying at times, but I find it helpful.
It's funny posts are limited to 300 character while you can fit a whole novel in the ALT text.

The upper one in the photo has a ml scale, it doesn't look hard to draw in approximately 0.37, it's just short of 0.4. The syringe has a very fine scale, you can probably get to 0.37, you do need a good eye and a steady hand, though.
